Building the Social OS — Measure & Track (my honest scoreboard)
Part of Building the Social OS — I'm building my own social-media operating system in public, instead of paying for a stack of apps that don't talk to each other. This one's Measure — the Track tab: the honest scoreboard where every post I publish comes back to me as a number.
Reach this week, the four-week trend, my latest post judged against my own median, and the one move to make next — not vanity metrics, the stuff that actually moved. Plus a manual lane for the channels I still can't auto-pull, and a running ledger of every snapshot.
I'll be straight: Track is the greenest, earliest-in-development corner of the whole tool — the part I trust least and rebuild the most. A scoreboard is only as honest as what flows into it, and I'm still wiring more of that up every week.
Next: Learn — where the numbers turn into a decision, and the loop closes back to strategy.
