Please double-check your order before checkout. Once your order is confirmed and production/processing begins, we may not be able to cancel, change items, change sizes, or change the shipping address.

Shipping & Delivery

Every piece is made to order — about 5 business days in production, then about 5 days in shipping, so roughly two weeks from order to doorstep. Shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum, and tracked. For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Full shipping details.

International orders may be charged customs duties, taxes, or fees by your country. These are not controlled by us and are the buyer's responsibility.

Products & Sizing
We do our best to display products accurately, but colors and appearance can vary due to screen settings and device type.
Use the size chart on the product page. If you're between sizes, consider sizing up for a more relaxed fit. If you're unsure, email us before ordering.
Some products may be custom or made to order. If an item is personalized or specially produced, that affects returns and exchanges (see Returns section above).
Damaged, Defective items

AI & Our Imagery
Yes — some of it. Not all, and we'll always tell you which is which when it matters.
Here's the honest version. We're a tiny team in extreme startup mode, and we make all of our products to order rather than warehousing them. Manufacturing a copy of every item, in every color, just to stage a photo shoot would mean producing garments nobody asked for. We won't do that. AI lets us show you the full range without manufacturing garments just to photograph them — and keeps our dollars pointed at product quality and the giving, not inventory shoots.
A quick clarification, because it's the honest thing to do: these are AI-generated images, not photographs. A growing share of them feature real members of our community — people who opted in and approve every image of themselves before we post it. We credit each of them by name on our social channels. What we won't do is invent a customer who doesn't exist, or fake an endorsement that didn't happen. And not every non-AI image is a customer photo either — some are studio and product shots. This is a bridge, not a destination: the goal is real people in real product, in every picture, everywhere.
