Shipping policy

Here's how shipping works at Weathered Sailor — plainly, with no fine print.

U.S. orders ship free. Every order, no minimum. We don't believe you should have to spend more to be treated well.

International orders are shipped through USPS or DHL, and the exact rate is calculated and shown at checkout based on where you are — so you'll always see the cost before you pay. No surprises after the fact.

Made to order. Most pieces are made when you order them, so plan on about 5 business days in production, then a few days in transit. Roughly two weeks from order to doorstep in the U.S.; international can run longer. You'll get tracking once it ships.

Returns are free, both ways — and that doesn't change. If something isn't right, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a prepaid label and make it right with a refund or a remake. If it shows up damaged, defective, or wrong, we replace it at no cost.
