Building the Social OS — the Plan (my content calendar)
Part of Building the Social OS — I'm building my own social-media operating system in public, instead of paying for a stack of apps that don't talk to each other. This one's the Plan: the calendar where every post gets arranged long before it ever reaches a given day.
The whole month on one screen — every post, every platform, color-coded by how it actually did against my own median. I can spot a missed day at a glance (no hiding from it), page back through my real imported history to see what lands on which day, and turn a loose pile of ideas into an actual schedule.
Still rough, still changing every week — but it's mine, and it runs on my own data.
