Body: Lay flat. Measure from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the bottom hem.
Chest: Lay flat. Measure straight across one inch below the armhole, edge to edge. Double for full chest circumference.
Sleeve: Lay flat. Measure from the center back of the neck, across the shoulder, down to the end of the cuff.

Cut as a relaxed unisex shell. The half-zip pullover construction layers easily over a hoodie — if you plan to wear over heavier layers, size up.
